To view the status of any of your orders, please fill in the fields below. For Security purposes you are required to provide two pieces of information pertaining to your order.

What's the order number?
When you order from ConstructionComplete, you will receive a Web Order Number on your confirmation email or checkout page. You can use this number in combination with your shipping address zip code or your email address to find the status of your order.

Your order number will be composed of the prefix "SO", followed by a five digit number and 'IND', ex: SO-55555IND.

If you are using your Confirmation Number from a Web Purchase, drop the first three numbers and start with 'SO'. For example, for Confirmation Number 111-SO-55555IND, drop the '111-' and use SO-55555IND to Track Your Order.
