Damaged & Defective Items
We apologize for the inconvenience if your order arrives with damaged or defective items. We will find a replacement or issue a refund for the product and shipping charges. Please contact a customer service representative immediately at 1-800-889-0661 or use the contact forms available on our Contact Us page if you have received a damaged or defective item.
Refunds
We can issue refunds on products that receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted at the time purchase. If you receive an RMA, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
If your purchase is defective or an incorrect order fulfillment, it is exempt from any restocking fees and will be replaced or repaired in accordance with warranty and service level terms. Items that are exempt from a restocking fee are noted on the product description page. All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders shipped to an address outside the United States may not be returned.
All components must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Partial, damaged, or incomplete returns will not be refunded. All software and hygienic material sales are final.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion.

- will be in the same form as your payment for the order, and
- will be equal to the price of your order, minus shipping and handling, and any indicated restocking fees.
