How do I set up a corporate account?

We welcome you to set up a corporate account upon credit approval. Please call 1-800-889-0661 or use the contact forms available on our Contact Us page to set up your corporate account and start ordering with it.

If you have a corporate account with ConstructionComplete, you may view invoices as stated above, or call 1-800-889-0661 or use the contact forms available on our Contact Us page to have them sent to you by fax, mail, or email.

You can pay for your ConstructionComplete order with a Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express, Discover, and Visa or MasterCard check card or ATM card. Although your billing information is secure on our encrypted servers, you can also pay by phone, fax, or regular mail if you prefer.

Sometimes a product from ConstructionComplete will have a promotional offer for purchasing the item. The product's description page will have a section with specifics about a promotional offer, if it has one. Carefully read the details about how to qualify for the promotional offer on that product. Some of the products that you buy from ConstructionComplete will have a manufacturer's rebate available with purchase. Items that come with a rebate will have a section on their product description pages explaining details of the rebate and how you can redeem it. ConstructionComplete will still charge you for the original amount of the product. It is your responsibility to gather the materials and submit information to the manufacturer to receive the rebate.

If you are placing your first tax-exempt order with ConstructionComplete, please submit any applicable documents for tax-exempt status in your state.

Taking Advantage of Tax-Exempt Status After an Order

If we haven't received your completed exemption forms at the time of your order, you will be charged tax. However, we will refund the tax once we receive and approve your completed application and documents.

Once your tax-exempt status is approved, the rest of your orders from ConstructionComplete will be tax-exempt.
