Changing My Sign In Information
You can change your email address, password, and other account information without creating a new account.
- Sign in as usual. Your name and email address will be displayed and available to edit.
- If you want to change your password because you can't remember it, we can email it to the address we have on file for you. You can either select "Forgot your password?" from the sign in page or call 1-800-889-0661 or email us atsupport@constructioncomplete.com to have your password emailed to the address we have on file for you.
Creating An Account
If you are placing your first order at ConstructionComplete, you will be directed through the steps to creating an account with us. Convenience, a low price guarantee, and friendly, knowledgeable customer service representatives are just a few of the advantages you'll notice shopping at ConstructionComplete. You can also setup a tax exempt account if your organization has tax-exempt status.
To create an account, start by adding the items that you want to your shopping cart and checkout.
- First you will be asked to enter your email address and create a password for your account. Keep in mind that this email address is where ConstructionComplete will send your order confirmations, tracking information for your orders, and any email subscriptions that you sign up for. We will also use this email address and a password that you provide to identify you whenever you sign in to your account.
- Next you will enter a shipping address. Your account will save the addresses automatically in your address book, so you won't have to enter them again.
- You will enter the payment method and billing address before submitting the order.
- You will be taken to a page with your order information and information about what else you can do with your new ConstructionComplete account.
- Sign in anytime to place a new order, change account settings, track packages, and more.
Once you have completed these steps to place your first order, your account and order information will be saved on our secure servers.
Duplicated Orders & Items
If you suspect that you may have accidentally ordered doubles of an item or submitted your entire order more than once, please go to My Account-> Order Status.
If you notice a duplicate after your order has shipped, you will have several options. You can refuse the duplicate shipment when the carrier tries to deliver it, or you can return the duplicate after it has been delivered for a refund.
Call 1-800-889-0661 or email us at support@constructioncomplete.com immediately if you find a duplicate item or order, whether or not it has shipped.
Sign in/Password Help
The first time you make a purchase at ConstructionComplete, we will ask you to enter your email address. We will use this email address to send you order confirmations and other information about your purchases. You will also create a password to access information in your account on our website. Together with your email address, this password will allow us to save your information in a secure account.
When you visit ConstructionComplete, signing in will allow you to see your recently viewed items, save a shopping cart for purchase later, and see recommendations based on your previous purchases. With your secure account, you can also make purchases in the future without re-entering all of your information.
If you've forgotten your password or have another problem signing in to your account, we can email your password to the email address on file for the account.

Updating Email Preferences & Subscriptions
You can sign up to receive emails with recommendations or new product information from ConstructionComplete. When you sign in to your account, the center of the screen will display your profile information, including your current email subscriptions.

Update Payment Methods
You can save and use multiple payment methods in your ConstructionComplete account. When you submit an order, you will have the option to use a payment method that's already saved in your account or enter a new one.
Update My Email Address, or Password
Sign in to your account to update personal information. You can also call or email us at 1-800-889-0661 or email us at support@constructioncomplete.com if you need help changing the name, email address, or password for your account.
Closing My Account
If you decide to close your account, your past orders and other information with ConstructionComplete will be removed permanently. To order from us again, you would have to create a new account. You don't have to close your account if you just want to change your email address, password, or other information. Update your account information by calling 1-800-889-0661 or emailing us atsupport@constructioncomplete.com.

Viewing Past Orders
Orders that you have placed with ConstructionComplete will be saved in your account.
